Questions we get every day.
Do I really only need water?+
Yes — in most situations water alone is enough. The NanoFiber structure lifts and traps dirt without chemicals. For greasy surfaces or kitchen buildup, a single drop of dish soap takes care of it. Most customers are genuinely surprised.
Why isn't my cloth working as well as before?+
Almost always fabric softener. It coats the fibers and is the single most common reason microfiber cloths stop performing. Try washing once with a small amount of dish soap (no softener), rinse thoroughly, and performance should return.
Can I use it on car paint, piano, and screens?+
Yes — when used correctly. Always rinse loose grit and debris off the surface first so particles don't scratch. Once the surface is clear, both cloths are safe and gentle on car paint, lacquer, screens, eyeglasses, and other delicate surfaces.
My windows still have streaks — what am I doing wrong?+
Two common causes: the WashCloth has too much water on it (wring it out more), or you're skipping the MagiCloth™ drying step. Streaks only form when moisture is left behind. A single firm pass with a dry MagiCloth™ removes the remaining moisture and leaves a perfect finish.
What surfaces can I clean with FirstPass?+
Any smooth, shiny surface: windows, mirrors, stainless steel, induction cooktops, range hoods, chrome faucets, TV and computer screens, tablets, eyeglasses, gloss vases, grand piano, car paint and windows, marble, tiles, and bathroom fixtures.
How often should I wash the cloths?+
Wash when the cloth starts to feel less absorbent or picks up an odor — typically after 20–30 uses depending on how heavily soiled the surfaces are. Machine wash cold, no softener. They'll come out performing like new.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?+
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. If a cloth fails because of how it was made — not how it was used — we replace it. The warranty does not cover damage from improper care (washing above 40°C, fabric softener, ironing, or bleach).
Can I use the small MagiCloth™ on glasses and screens?+
Yes — that's exactly what the small MagiCloth™ (16×18cm) is designed for. Breathe lightly on the lens or screen to add a small amount of moisture, then wipe with the small MagiCloth™ for a crystal-clear, lint-free finish.
Can I use this outdoors?+
Absolutely — patio furniture, car windows and paint, solar panels, outdoor glass, boats, and RVs. Rinse heavy dirt or sand away first before wiping to avoid scratching. The system works just as well outside as inside.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?+
Use our contact form — you'll always hear back from a real person. For returns, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. For warranty claims, describe the defect and we'll take it from there.
