How to return
- Email us with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day
- Ship the item back in original condition
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt
Warranty
Every FirstPass™ set is covered by a 5-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. If your cloths delaminate, lose absorbency, or fail under normal use — we replace them free of charge.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
