FirstPass™ ships within Canada using FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post. Signature confirmation may be required on delivery.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–12 business days depending on location.
Shipping to the United States — We continue to ship to the USA. Due to evolving tariffs, import duties, and cross-border charges, FirstPass™ cannot guarantee the final landed cost of goods received in the USA. Additional fees may be charged by customs or carriers after the order leaves Canada.
International shipping — We ship to Europe and worldwide. Local duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. It is the customer's responsibility to check local import rules before ordering. We guarantee your order will be sent.

If a cloth fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it — provided it has been used and cared for correctly according to the care instructions on the label.
Damage caused by improper washing, overheating, ironing, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

Do I really only need water?+
Yes. In most situations, water alone is enough. For tougher grease or heavy buildup, add a small drop of dish soap to the WashCloth. Most customers are surprised by how effective the cloths are with just water.
Will this leave my windows and mirrors streak-free?+

Is it safe on delicate surfaces like car paint, screens, and piano?+
Yes — when used properly. Rinse away heavy grit or debris first so loose particles don't scratch. Once the surface is clear, both cloths are safe and gentle on car paint, lacquer, screens, eyeglasses, and other delicate surfaces.
Why can't I use fabric softener?+
Fabric softener coats the NanoFiber strands and permanently reduces absorption. It is the single most common reason microfiber cloths stop performing. Machine wash cold with no softener — that's all you need.

Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear?+
The 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from improper care — washing above 40°C, using fabric softener, ironing, or bleach. Follow the care instructions and your cloths will last for years.

Yes — we ship to the USA, Europe, and worldwide. International orders may be subject to local duties, VAT, and customs fees that FirstPass™ cannot control or predict. We guarantee your order will be sent.
